About The Practice
Founded in 2022, Trident Medical was created to ensure that Canadians get access to excellent, thoughtful, patient-centred chronic and subacute pain care. Located in Richmond, British Columbia, Trident Medical brings together experts from physiotherapy, occupational therapy, registered massage therapy, counselling, nursing and medical doctors all focussed on improving your pain and helping get the most out of your life.

DR. Mario Francispragasam MD

Dr. Mario Francispragasam grew up in Ontario and finished medical school at the University of Western Ontario. He completed his residency training as an Emergency Medicine Specialist at the University of British Columbia. He then subsequently specialized in Adult Critical Care Medicine and Chronic Pain Medicine with a focus on interventional pain medicine at the University of British Columbia. He has also completed a Master of Adult Education and a Fellowship in Point-of-Care Ultrasound.
Dr. Mario Francispragasam works as an Emergency Physician and Adult Critical Care Physician with the Fraser Health Authority as well as a Trauma Team Leader and a Pediatric Critical Care Transport Physician.
He is a published researcher in ultrasound diagnostics and pain education in Canadian Emergency Rooms.
Dr. Mario Francispragasam is committed to providing the highest quality evidence-based care to his patients and prioritizes kindness and compassion when it comes to patient interactions.
He is a co-founder and medical director of Trident Medical.
Dallas Robin
Medical Radiological Technologist
Dallas has worked in Medical Imaging for the past 15 years at St. Paul’s Hospital in downtown Vancouver. During that time, he has worked extensively in the Operating Rooms and the Emergency Department. He has experience in Interventional Radiology for the past eight years as well.
He truly enjoys what he does and believes that you should be able to have fun at work while maintaining professionalism.
Fly fishing, kayaking, camping and painting are among his favourite activities, but he also plays hockey and golf, enjoys both board games and video games and collects and reads comics. He also enjoys 3D printing.
Nedrick Nicholas
Medical Radiological Technologist
Nedrick grew up in Montreal, Quebec, where he completed his diploma in Diagnostic Medical Imaging at Dawson College.
He has experience in surgical imaging, Fluoroscopy and General X-ray.
Nedrick was an X-ray technologist at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics games.
Since living in British Columbia, he discovered a passion for nature photography and has developed his skills to become a Freelance Nature Photographer.
Grayson Bush
Medical Radiological Technologist
Grayson grew up in British Columbia, where he completed his diploma in Medical Radiography at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Grayson has experience in surgical imaging within the operating room at multiple hospitals in the Lower Mainland.
Grayson plans to continue his passion for radiology and pursue interventional radiography and angiography in the future.
Outside of work, Grayson has an active lifestyle that involves skiing, hiking, fishing, swimming, surfing, and weightlifting. He is passionate about the outdoors and is always looking for another adventure.
Sheryl Vandenberg
Medical Office Assistant Manager
Sheryl grew up in Chilliwack, British Columbia.
She is a resourceful clinic manager with a focus on high-quality and compassionate patient care. She is a motivational leader and business administrator with ten years of experience in healthcare.
Darla Marie

Darla Marie grew up in Vancouver. She is excited about being a member of the Trident Medical team. She is passionate about providing access to great healthcare and working with a dedicated team of professionals.
